This RCM timing kit combines an HKS reinforced timing belt with the tensioner and idler bearings needed for the listed Subaru application. Choose the standard kit or the kit with RCM’s motorsport tensioner upgrade from the Tensioner option above.

Standard tensioner — RCM2657: the timing belt kit with the standard tensioner supplied by RCM.

Motorsport tensioner upgrade — RCM2657MS: the corresponding kit with an upgraded tensioner featuring increased load actuation. RCM offers this option for more extreme power levels and motorsport applications.

Application and ordering

RCM lists this 2002MY+ EJ20/EJ22/EJ25 kit for Subaru Impreza WRX and STI models registered from November 2002 onwards. Confirm the engine and timing arrangement on your car before ordering, especially if the engine has been replaced or modified.

This listing is for the timing belt kit. A water pump is not included. Both options include a complete kit; the motorsport choice replaces the standard tensioner rather than adding a second tensioner.
