The FUJI Racing oil pick up pipe has been specifically developed to improve reliability and oil feed effectiveness when compared to the original pick up pipe.

The FUJI Racing oil pick up pipe has been specifically developed to improve reliability and oil feed effectiveness when compared to the original pick up pipe.

The OEM oil pick up pipes are known to fail due to inadequate support (not helped by fatigue and constant heat cycles), which can lead to a cracked or broken feed pipe. Needless to say if this does occur it more often than not leads to complete engine failure due to a lack of oil circulation.

Featuring a tripod design; the FUJI pick up pipe helps combat the above failure by offering an additional supporting leg to the pick up assembly.

In addition the new FUJI replacement oil pick up pipe has been perfectly sized to house our new “castle head adapter” which is included in the assembly. The castle head adapter seats approximately 2mm from the base of the sump (much closer than the original), which enables the pick up pipe to collect every available drop of oil regardless of conditions.

The castle head features a metal castellation encased in rubber which means should the sump ever take a hit, the pick up pipe will reduce in size to compensate (whilst still being able to draw oil up through the main assembly).
