RCM Black Billet Aluminium Oil Separator Cover Kit – EJ20/EJ22/EJ25

RCM’s billet aluminium cover replaces the rear oil separator cover on the engine block. It uses a thicker design based on the genuine part to provide a stronger, more secure mounting.

Kit Contents and Features

• Cover machined from a single billet of alloy
• Black finish
• Six zinc-coated countersunk screws
• Increased plate thickness and countersunk fixing arrangement

Installation

Oil leaking from the original cover can escape between the engine block and gearbox bell housing and may contaminate the clutch. RCM specifies adequate sealer and the correct tightening torque when fitting this cover. Follow the applicable installation procedure.

The installed engine-case photograph illustrates the cover’s location; the engine case is not included.

All Subaru EJ20, EJ22 and EJ25 engine cases.
