Restore your original quarter-window trim
RCM profiled rubber seals for restoring the rear quarter-window trim on a classic two-door Subaru Impreza. The original trim and corner pieces are reused.
Choose the supplied quantity
- Enough for x1 side — RCM3349: seal material for one rear quarter window.
- Enough for x2 sides — RCM3349-2: seal material for both rear quarter windows.
Seal profiles and fitting
The kit uses three rubber seal profile types made to the original trim profiles. Trim the seals to length and follow the contours of your existing trim and corner pieces.
RCM specifies an adhesive that dries clear as the factory-style option, or S136 polyurethane sealant. The installed-trim photograph illustrates the finished assembly; the loose-seal photograph shows the rubber profiles.
Fitment
For the classic two-door Subaru Impreza. RCM’s application panel lists 1996–2000 GC8 and names P1, 22B and Type R applications. Match the original quarter-window trim fitted to the car before ordering.
